The Board of Directors would like to remind all residents that fireworks of any kind are prohibited in the Community. It was recently observed that residents were setting them off well past the 4th of July holiday. Please refrain from using personal fireworks.

You will be able to view and download important Association documents including CC&R’s, Rules and Regulations, Leasing Restrictions Policy, Maintenance Matrix, Master Insurance Certification, Community Notices and many more documents.

We did not reach quorum for the annual meeting with only 19 ballots turned in. We need 27 ballots to hold the election. Please mail in your ballot if you have not already done so.

Please be sure to log in to your Resident Portal at:  resident.actionlife.com to see the latest notices, agendas and important community information. As noticed in the 2023 Annual Budget Package, board meeting agendas and notices will be uploaded to the Resident Portal instead of being posted at the community bulletin boards.

Effective January 1, 2023 all Association Notices, Agendas and important community information that would normally be posted on the community bulletin boards is being posted on the Resident Portal.
