AD Magellan will be conducting balcony inspections from October 25-26^th. They will use ladders to gain visibility to your balcony. If you have a 3^rd or 4^th story balcony, please contact Darcie Perez directly at darciep@admagellan.com or 760-912-6111 to set up an appointment for the inspection. It is very important that these inspections be completed. The Association needs to be in compliance with SB326 or face possible fines.

Ross Construction will be hosting a Town Hall Meeting for all residents to provide an update on the ongoing reconstruction repairs to the Podium Building. Please plan on attending the meeting which will be held via Zoom on Monday, October 24, 2022 starting at 6:30 p.m.
