To help keep our community safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, please keep the following reminders in mind:

• Car Washing: Vehicle washing is permitted using only a bucket and soap. The use of a water hose is not allowed.
• Pets: Residents are limited to two (2) pets per household. Pets should be kept indoors when not being exercised. Pet food and water dishes are not permitted to be placed outside on patios, walkways, or other common or visible areas.
• Dog Leashes: For the safety of all residents and pets, all dogs must be walked on a leash while in the community.
• Speed Limit: Please drive cautiously throughout the community to help ensure the safety of residents, children, pedestrians, and pets.
• Front Patio Areas: Please keep front patio areas neat and free of clutter. Patios are not to be used for storage, excessive potted plants or other items should not be placed in these areas. Maintaining a tidy front patio helps preserve the appearance of our community.
• Community Governing Documents: We encourage all residents to become familiar with the Association’s Governing Documents, Rules, and Regulations. Copies are available through your resident portal at resident.actionlife.com.
